    learning how to use pre-workout to your advantage.

    It is more potent after consuming it within 35 to 50 minutes than the effect can be felt throughout 2 hours of a prolong work out. I suggest that it should be used only on the heavy work out days or strenuous work outs.and no more than 3 times a week to prevent the body from getting use to it. As a former power-lifter You learn how to use stimulants to benefit your work out.
