Worst part a very lage carpet instead of being folded in a roll, arrived in a small bin bag folded into a small square. Bin bag packaging which was demaged from side. Noway this carpet can go on the floor. Very disappointed with the quality of packaging and delivery.

When purchased the delivery time was 3 to 5 days from ordering. Delivery was over six days longer than quoted. Tracking was available but did not work, including ParcelForce details. Contacted the seller, who responded to each message but did NOT address the issues I raised with any satisfaction. There was also NO mention of Poland being the supplier in the details.
