Portable, less bulky, quick and accessible
Carrying alot of tool sometime you dont need a big measuring tape. Just a quick small retractable. My coworker carries one and uses it quite frequently. Which made me buy one for me and my friend. Locking mechanism work as expected to hold tape for better measurements.

A Milwaukee it Ain’t!
A tool with the Milwaukee name should be high quality. This has the distinct off-shore knockoff feel to it and the Milwaukee Tool Company should put a stop to it. The spring is weak, the metal tape is ultra thin without support but the case seems sturdy. It’s nice to have a tape hanging off your belt loop for the off the cuff small jobs that pop up. Better than Stanley Fatmax
I had a Stanley Fatmax. It lasted a couple years, but the keychain attach-ring was plastic, and one day a simple brush of the leg broke it. This milwaukee is built heavier. The tape is wider (my fatmax was a 3+ foot version) The tape will self stand most of its length, which is awesome! I like how it has inches and CM which is great for measuring bike frames that I sell frequently. The key-chain attachment seems rugged enough as well.
