Heavier than I thought
I purchased this tool because we travel by air most of the time. I was looking for a jigsaw that would be lighter than a corded one. Since we already use Milwaukee tools we would not need any more batteries. Turns out this jigsaw is very heavy even without the battery in. There is no light, which I knew, however it is very difficult to see where you are cutting. Because of the way it is designed and the plastic cover over the blade. Well built, but heavy
I have the Milwaukee sawzall and drill, which I love, so when I got the jig I kind of knew what quality to expect. This jig is well built and really easy to change blades but weight seems excessive.
