    Mercruiser anti vapor lock

    If you have a Mercruiser stern drive with vapor lock issues, this supplemental fuel pump, in combination with the sea water check valve, will solve your problem. Can be installed with simple tools and basic mechanical skills. Wiring is plug and play. OEM product and quality excellent. See photos. Fast shipping.

    Fixed it !

    7.4L horizon with closed cooling system in a 2000 Carver 396. As described in the mercruiser service bulletin from 1999 due to ethenol blended fuel and hot bilge temperatures, both engines were vapor locking following a short sit. This system was the fix. Simple plug and play system if you have 3/8in fuel line. Mine is 5/8 so I had to purchase the 3/8 line to run from the supplied fuel filter to the new pump. The pump only has 3/8in fittings.

    Anti vapor lock kit

    The kit really does work. It came with all fittings and parts, but it did not come with extra hose that was needed. Lucky i had some on my boat. Overall good product. OEM Mercury
