I had seen Dr. Broer on a short Tevevision program and wanted to learn more about nutrition, and his discussion of it. I found the book on e-Bay at a good price and wanted to add it to my library. I like it for the great information, and the way he explains it; his discussions, explanations, illustrations and advice, especially of supplements we need and why we need them. It is a little like getting to sit down with our own doctor and listen to him, except there is never enough time for that since most doctors are too busy while they are in full-time Practice. I guess the only thing I dislike about the book is that it causes us to want all of his other works, books, tapes, etc. on all of the subjects he has written. It is much needed information. I wish I had been able to read and apply this earlier in my life. I am thankful for it now.Read full review
This is a very eye opening book! EXCELLENT is all I can say. What an amazing man! He is passing on the knowledge he has come across. I FEEL healthier doing what he says and I have only been doing it a week! GET THIS BOOK! Don't wait until you are falling apart to get this knowledge. Get it now, while you still have your health and can KEEP it!
I have't had time to read this book yet; however, I hope to read it soon and find new motivation for healthy living
