I like the item but it wasn’t packaged well so it arrived damaged. Seller blamed post office and wouldn’t exchange damaged item so I had to buy another one from them- but the second time the item also wasn’t packaged well and also arrived damaged. Would have expected the seller to package more carefully the second time after our first experience.

Item was sent in a top loader and packaged securly since this is not the first item that we have sent out an item like this. We package our prints very carefully as we know they are rare and not easily replaced. The reason that the item was damaged, based off of the picture that you sent was from you trying to remove the print from the top loader incorrectly. There was no way it would have been damed in the top loader during shipping. Package was also insured so you received your money back.
