The shipper didn’t provide my correct address for the item, from the delivery photo it’s obvious that it’s not my residence. Also when attempting to get Fed Ex to trace the package I was unsuccessful because they did not provide the correct address from the start. Those items were for my daughter leaving for school and I thought “ wow what a bargain” but it leaves me scrambling to shop locally last minute. Also, tracking information wasn’t provided at order placement.. Found that to be an issue.
