Diritto di recesso e regole per la restituzione

In esecuzione del disposto del D. Lgs. 185/99 di attuazione della direttiva 97/7/CE relativa alla protezione dei consumatori in materia di contratti a distanza, il Cliente può restituire il prodotto acquistato ed ottenere il rimborso della somma di acquisto effettivamente pagata.

IIn esecuzione del D.L n°206/2005 il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato entro il termine di 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto con le seguenti modalità:

1. Il cliente provvede ad inviare una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno a Barbera Caffè S.p.A. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, mediante telegramma o e-mail. all'indirizzo info@caffebarbera.com.

2. Barbera Caffè S.p.A. contatta il Cliente comunicando il Codice di Autorizzazione al reso.

3. Il Cliente riporta il Codice di Autorizzazione sul modulo di reso ricevuto unitamente ai documenti di consegna.

4. Il Cliente viene successivamente contattato dal corriere per la presa in carico del reso. La restituzione del prodotto dovrà aver luogo nel termine di 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento del Codice di Autorizzazione.

Il rimborso del prezzo pagato per l'acquisto del prodotto non comprende le spese di spedizione, che sono a totale carico del Cliente che intende recedere dall'acquisto.

Nel caso in cui il Cliente rispedisca prodotti danneggiati, non dotati di Codice di Autorizzazione alla restituzione, non riconsegnati entro il termine di cui sopra, aperti e/o parzialmente utilizzati, non imballati regolarmente o in maniera completa, oppure nei quali manchino o siano state danneggiate determinate parti, come componenti, elementi, accessori, materiali da imballaggio, scatole, documentazione e/o altri oggetti, il diritto di recesso decade integralmente. Nei casi sopra indicati, Barbera Caffè S.p.A. provvederà a restituire al Cliente il bene acquistato addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione. Con le limitazioni sopra citate, Barbera Caffè S.p.A. rimborserà l'importo effettivamente versato dal Cliente entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione di recesso mediante nota di accredito sul conto bancario o sulla carta di credito.
