The phone is good. It's small and thin enough to fit almost anywhere. The camera takes nice, clear pictures which can be put on a computer and printed. Parts for the phone are easy to find at reasonable pricing. The instruction book leaves alot to be desired. It leaves information lacking which noncomputer users have no idea as to how to do things with the phone. It is compatable with many blue tooth ear pieces which is needed in some states while driving and probably all states soon.
Without a doubt, the Motorola RAZR V3 has to be one of the most well recognized mobile phones ever built. The original V3, with its metal body and thin profile, was such a large success that it induced Motorola to launch a line of super slim candybar form factor handsets that includes the recently made available SLVR L7. Since the original V3, the RAZR line has grown to include a UMTS handset, the V3x, as well as a CDMA variant with a megapixel camera, the V3c. The question was, what was Motorola going to do for the GSM market that was the home of the original RAZR V3
This phone was purchased for my son. Just has large hands and this style phone is just easier for him to use. The phone was great, in good condition. The only problem we had was it wasn't and "AT&T" connected phone and my sons wasn't able to access data with it. But the phone itself was great! The vendor was marviolus and worked everything out with us (for which we were most grateful). But if this is your type of phone I highly recommend it (just be sure it works for "your carriers data access".
I've had several Razr phones and they work excellent for my purpose. I don't use SmartPhones as they simply are too complicated and I really don't like to use touch screens. If you like a regular phone that the average person can use for taking voice calls, this is one I highly recommend. The only draw back to this phone is that the screen numbers are not as large as I would like. After all, who like to have to put their eyeglasses on to use a phone? Motorola quality - I think that says it all!
Nice phone. Easy to use and durable. Light weight but great reception. My stepfather uses this style of phone because he has difficulty using small buttons. He's been using one like this for about 2 years and wouldn't switch to anything else. I wish Motorola would come out with an updated version of the flip phone. They are very good phones.
