I showed them pictures of the way it was shipped and they agreed that it was shipped improperly and they would contact the warehouse to make sure that the issue is fixed. I appreciate the good customer service. The Mig torch itself had issues that could have been caused by the improper packaging. The price is definitely a good value.

They left the package on the bumper of my travel trailer and it blended in with it. I didn’t think they delivered it and I walked all around looking for it when I contacted the seller they were great. They were going to reship the order with no problem and were quick about responding to me. They were very polite and helpful. The product is top knotch once I found it. I highly recommend them.
