Wrong bracelet sent but quickly replaced with the one I purchased. Good comms with quick response and delivery. When buying a copper bracelet for arthritis there is often a delay before you get any pain relief (up to 6 months). I think this is because the bracelet has been treated with a laquer or varnish to stop the copper discolouring. I always use some wire wool on the inside of the bracelet to rub off the laquer and get quicker relief even though it probably invalidates any warranty.

Truly atrocious service : I was sent the wrong item, had to return it and asked to be sent the item I originally ordered. I got refund instead, so I asked if the item was in stock. I was ignored, so I went to reorder, only to find that the price had now gone up ! Absolutely pathetic. Zero out of ten. Definitely would not recommend.
