Don't buy from this seller, here is why...I spoke with the seller and he said the picture I sent indicated the the dormant worms were transitioning to pupae. I tried to tell him that 80% were dead but he didn't believe me. I guess my training as a biologist doesn't qualify me to determine if an insect is dead. 5 days in shipping and 5 days in the post office because of his failure to put the phone number on the box might have had something to do with the survival rate.

Look at the passive agressiveness that is in this review. He contacted us in the exact same way.
The pictures were of orange worms, quite clearly alive. He even mentioned in this feedback that he left the item for 5 days at the post office, despite not checking the complimentary tracking that is provided with every order. The customer also never provided any phone number.
Just know if you abuse negative feedback or returns, you will be banned.
