    Simple and Effective, not to mention Quick!

    Save yourself a trip to your local Tire shop and or save yourself an awkward road-side delay with this very simple tool that no Trailering/RV essentials toolkit should be without. Swap a faulty Valve stem in a couple of minutes without removing the wheel and be on your way. If you travel with any kind of mini/portable air compressor, and/or tire puncture repair plugs, this tool will complete all your future self-sufficient capabilities for a cost that is almost pennies compared to the time/cost expense of a one-time shop repair. The three items in this kit are very sturdy and both the hook and the funnel can be repurposed for other jobs in any traveling tool set.

    Good for some wheels

    Would no doubt work better with steel wheels or alloys where the valve hole is not "countersunk" or deep seated in the wheel. The hooked part bent several times while changing the valves on two wheels, and the plastic tube to compress the valve was too large to fully fit in the hole. I made it work by using a capped off piece of a silicon tube.

    Could do better

    From my research this is the best such tool on the market and it did the job without too much trouble but: It doesn't have ANY instructions. Even the Laser Tools website doesn't have any guidance - how lazy is that? Also, it needs a fair bit of force and when the valve goes in, the insertion tool shoots down the cone and the cone takes the skin off your thumb. A guard on the tool would stop this happening. Take care when using.

    Great piece of kit.

    If you need to replace valve stems, 1, Buy this kit. 2, Buy some valve stems. 3, Look at youtube clip "Tire Valve Hack" (showing you how to use these kits). 4, Use washing up liquid as a lubricant. Job done.

    Easy job.

    For a few months I was losing pressure in 3 wheels knowing it was on the valves sourounds. Having to remove 3 tires from rims just to replace valves will cost me much more than this tool and like I'm a DIY man I decide for this. Pulling old ones out was extremely easy but fitting the new valves takes a strong a firm pulse to hold the cone down while you press the new valve in but after a couple attempts on first one I found the way and the rest of them were done in a blink of a eye. A good advice: remember you need the right size of valves replacement, many people may think they are a universal size but they are not.

    Brilliant product

    I work as a recovery/ roadside technician . This product has saved me from many a recovery. For I have came across many cars where the tyre pressure monitoring valve has broken. Even though it is not designed to replace these. I have undone the nut on the valve and let the rest of it fall inside the tyre. The fit a rubber valve as a temporary repair to get customer back on the road and to a garage when they have a chance to get a new one fitted.
