The laptop itself is fine. There are some places that show damage ( but no issue as it refurb). The bottom cover wasn't on properly, clips had been missed on one side, again no issue because I was able to sort it out. Overall very happy with it. ATM I will update this if anything crops up, but for what I paid, I recommend them highly

I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. Only slight issue I have is a rather noisy CPU cooling fan, but at this price point, I can put up with it or can afford to replace it (I've chosen the latter).
