Very narrow field
I love this light ..... except You have to be right in front of it to trigger it. This means that, unless the wall plug you are using faces your path directly, it won't go on. And if the plug doesn't fact where you are while you need it, it will go off prematurely. Examples: We wanted to use this in a bathroom. The plug is on the same wall as the door in. Unless you detour to pass by the light, it won't turn on. We mounted another in the water closet itself. We did pass by it on the way in, triggering it, but after a short period of time, it would turn off (per the specs) unless we reached out and waved in front of it. I love the look of the light itself, the dusk-to-dawn feature works well, the light from the unit is a nice glow. But we pulled them out and replaced them with our old clunky ugly nightlights because they worked in this application.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Big boy
I use the term big boy because when you plug it into the outlet, it is difficult to plug anything else in the lower socket of the dame outlet. The light works fine and it is bright enough but I cant plug in my blow dryer in the bathroom when the night light is plugged in.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
