    Direct Replacements on both of my Gibsons

    I replaced two sets of the Gibson branded tuners with these because I didn't like the factory tuners and one tuner was bent (on a new guitar). I found them gritty feeling and a little hard to tune. You could get there after going up and down a few times, but Gibson can and should do better. These were a direct drop in on both guitars and I really like them. I found them to be smoother, the quality seems to be higher and they are definitely easier to tune.

    Worthwhile tuning machine upgrade for Klusons

    I upgraded a 2015 Les Paul Classic with these Kluson Revolution 19:1 Locking Tuners because one of the OEM Kluson Deluxe (non-locking) tuning machines broke. This guitar came equipped with a bronze zero-fret nut, and I am also using a Schaller roller bridge on it. The combination of these three upgrades from a standard Les Paul has made changing strings, tuning, and intonation a snap. I finally can reach and maintain proper tuning and intonation with minimal effort. The 19:1 ratio is great since the tuning linearity is spot on - no jumping up and down as I adjust the tuning machine. No backlash either. Pitch stability is great even after performing multiple deep bends. These tuning machines are direct drop-in replacements for the factory-installed Kluson Deluxe tuners, no drilling ...

    These tuners fit right in the old screw holes of my Gibson Les Paul Tribute 2017 Faded. Installed in half an hour. No change of weight balance and work fine.

    Great tuners for my les paul tribute,fast and easy installation, work great,better than what was on,highly recommend this upgrade,all guitars should have lockers on them,get them if you can,you won't be dissapointed,ps I'm 66 been playing since 1967,and have real vintage axes,would put them on those,in fact grovers where on a few 56 and 60 pauls

    Revolutionary Indeed

    After years of setups and trying different quality tuners these are the ones that stay in tune, look original and made me love playing my Les Paul again. Im thinking of using them on my other guitars as Kluson have a wide fitment range not only Gibsons. These look heavy but are not much more than the nonlocking ones.
