The KitchenAid coffee grinder I had is in storage in another state. Woe is me! I was so happy to find the new one on eBay. Made coffee with freshly ground beans today. Happy Happy!! 1. Unable to grind espresso coffee. Unless you like powder at the bottom and coffee bean chunks at the top even after shaking it during the grind. Cannot grind spices any finer than the size of parsley flakes. I also have a new KitchenAid toaster that has the power cord coming out from the front of the unit. And you know, it wasn't that long ago that they had a reputation for quality. BUY MADE IN USA

I grew Indian corn this year and after it dried, decided to make cornmeal. This baby is powerful and fast. I put the cornmeal in one cup packages and froze them for future use. It's probably good for grinding coffee also :).
