I have 2 Keurig Mini's, one in my house, one in my RV. Bought this one for my daughter's house, they love to make hot chocolate in it. It is kind of a pain to clean, a lot of mineral build up where you pour the water in. Also has coffee oils where the coffee comes out. Other than that, I just run white vinegar through from time to time then run clean water through several times afterwards.

My wife loves what I call Candy coffee, I don't care much for it so this unit is perfect, it makes one cup at a time a large or small cup you have three choices, the coffee maker works very well, it's fast and the wife says it tastes pretty good, the only drawback that we have found is the water reservoir only holds one cup at a time, the more expensive models have a larger holding tank and can make multiple cups without refilling the water reservoir, if you don't mind putting water in each time you want a cup of coffee this is the machine for you.
I have had a K10 Mini Brew for several years. I bought this one for a friend who has had two reservoir type brewers. Both malfunctioned after a couple of years. The K10 is simple with no automatic stuff to give trouble. You can control strength of brew by simply adding more or lest water for each individual brew. It does turn off automatically.

I should have bought a Keurig first but I decided on a Cuisinart instead. That lasted for about 1 week as the Cuisinart leaked while brewing and never made a hot cup of coffee, tepid at best. In comparison the Keurig brews a great cup of coffee, or tea. Consistently hot, no leakage and easy to use. My suggestion is to go with the original maker of K style brewers.

Love my Keurig. My only negatives were that it takes longer than the other models. Second you can't store water. It's cup by cup..you have to pour the water each time.
