I usually buy Jarrow Forumulas Ubiquinol, as I know they are a trustworthy company (and on the recommended shortlist from a well-known author). These are super absorbable, and it's recommended to take them on an empty stomach, and spread over time; so I tend to have one at breakfast and another at lunch (earlier in the day the better apparently). This is why I prefer 100mg capsules, and to take 2 a day (and gel to boot, as they are absorbed FAR better than solid tablets, which can't be efficiently absorbed. This us a really good quality U Ubinqinol product. A really good Ubinqinol should be Whitish to a light Yellowish. I cut one open and it was easily within this spectrum. This indicated that it I'd of really high quality. I will make this my Ubinqinol supplement from here on out. My goal is to take 3 100 mg capsules per day. Darrin

This Ubiquinol from Jarrow is a good solid product. It's not spectacular, just good. I'm still looking for the CoQ-10 product that will make me feel like I have a jet-pack on. I've even tried taken twice the amount, 200mg, with no discernible change.
