Easy to set up and paired immediately with my Samsung TV, great sound quality. Over the ear design surprisingly comfortable, and just a faint hint of sound leakage at (very) high volume. No issues with delay at all - TV has an adjustment for it, but did not have to use it.

Pros. -Amazing sound quality for this price. -JBL is a product you can trust. -Researched warranty with JBL and 1 year product warranty covers all JBL replaces defective headsets. -Wired and wireless connectivity is good, bluetooth usually pairs with first attempt however there are some issues with dual modes (stereo and handsfree) -2 microphones one on the included wire for wired connection and one on the headset for bluetooth mode. - Cons. -Have had issues with Bluetooth connectivity on Win 10. Device will revert to a "hands free mode" which is not amplified or stereo. You have to re-connect the device usually requiring a system restart in order to enter the "stereo mode" which is where all of the quality lies. -Build is solid out of the box but lots of plastic parts may insight some issues with the life of the product as it doesn't seem to be built for longevity. -This set does favor trebil which is pretty clear and picks up a very wide range of frequencies but the bass does leave a little to be desired and is not perfectly tuned for sound quality. Ie. if you turn it up for level the highs can get a little muddy, or if you turn it up for bass it will become muddy also. (this is in wired mode - I have not had this issue as the levels seem to be fairly balanced in bluetooth stereo mode) Overall I would say GREAT headset, but it does seem to be engineered for someone who appreciates sound quality but may not need a headset that is going to be used daily for hours on end. Its not a gaming headset but could definitely be used as one. The microphone on the headset works but you may want to invest in an aftermarket desktop mic if you are planning on using it as your go to gaming headset as I hear other reviews saying the microphone is sub par. Other than that I hear the microphone for bluetooth calling such as cell phone connected or skype calling is on point and works well.Read full review
