I started using ceramic knives back a few years ago and this is the best knife ever! I highly recommend the Kyocera knives over other ceramic knives as I have had other brands but they are not as good of quality as this brand.

These knives are well constructed and balanced. I admit that I'm a bit of a knife snob. I want my knives to cut. The problem is the serrated blades are poorly designed. They saw the food rather than cut it. If you buy these, plan on having the blade edge modified to cut properly.
