This book is a very solid help to LDS dysfuntional families, codependents and victims of abuse. It helps to here the point of view of someone from our Faith who has suffered herself and who has found ways to help. I personally don't fault the author, Carol Morris, for her somewhat "Sunday School"-like examples, as she is introducing a relatively unexplored topic to LDS individuals. I wholly recommend it. She also includes a list of other excellent works she recommends reading to help us heal from our hurts which we often find so difficult to describe or even understand.
