As low-cost fabric gig bags go, this one has some truly great features. First off, the fabric on the two sides is tough and reasonably well-padded. Then, the front pockets have VERY rugged zippers and hold a LOT of stuff. Spare strings (in my case, five of them), picks, tuners, cables, DI boxes, a big soft leather bass strap...all fit with ease. It is supplied with fittings for a shoulder strap for the bag, but doesn't include a strap. That's hardly a complaint - so much else IS included. There's an added 10mm pad at the bottom to protect the instrument. It's attached only on one side. Again, more expensive bags do the same thing, I'm not sure why. Every gig bag I've ever had, IMO, begged for me to improve it. I sewed the other side of this pad on, and added another 10mm of medium-density foam via silicon adhesive. My kids could drop this bag on the floor and not hurt the instrument inside. It doesn't include a shoulder strap, even though it has fittings for one. The added 10mm bottom pad, to protect the bottom of the bass guitar, is attached on one side only, and you'll need to sew the other side in place, or as I did, use adhesive to keep it from flopping over to the side and not protecting the instrument. This is an Ok bag. I would certainly not put my best bass in it. It's fine to protect your instrument around the house but not really that road worthy. Looking for something inexpensive and utilitarian? this fits the bill. Sorry, if you what a good bag You'll have to pay for it. It does look nice in my practice space!

i like nearly everything about this bag. fits my Toby 4 fine. the bag has a neck strap to keep it from sliding around. the only thing i would like is the back pack straps to be removable. for walking around inside i like to have it neck down so it doesnt bump door jams and the non removable pads cant be slid past the adjustment clips. 3 zip pouches are nice, biggest is plenty big enough for sheet music. for the money it really is a 5 star.

Plenty of storage in pockets. Seems to be well made except for the zipper pulls which are leather and broke upon first use. Padding could be better, but for the price it a sufficient. It is a very good looking bag, but my last one went through hell and survived. Not sure this one is as rugged, but time will tell.

It's a pretty nice looking case. It has a fair number of external pockets and fits a 34" scale bass nicely with a few inches to spare. A good buy for the price point.
