I have tried Salon Pas and now Ice Hot and have to say that the Icy Hot patch is easier to apply, provides significant relief from pain in that area but two things have to go to the not so good side. 1. They take hair off when removed and even produce a skin rash or bruise. And they leave a little residue from the sticky part.
