I had my original tube jam with a live primer in it about a inch deep. I did not have a spare and could not push out the jammed primer. Wish I had these then. I had 400 .223 rounds to reload and had to stop till I went to work and used the press there to get the jam out. I ordered this set to replace the original it I could not repair it. I have them as backups now so I can load 400 primers at a time if I needed to and can keep going if one should jam again for some reason. Recommend having spares on hand If needed.

100 primers in a tube is great. The physical effort it takes to tick the primers into the tube is excessive. I use Dillon aluminum and old Hornady brass tubes that take fingertip pressure to tick the primers. The Hornady 398509 tubes require the user to use a clenched fist.
