They dyno'd the trans and it was making a noise and they weren't comfortable sending that one. Another trans was rebuilt and checked out good. I appreciated the honesty. Just picked it up from my mechanic and so far it shifts very smoothly...like new money! Got hung up in Oklahoma on a broken down truck but that wasn't the sellers fault.

During the process they personally reached out to me regarding shipping. I finally got the transmissions installed and my mechanic and I reached out again to ask a few questions. Ozmotive were excellent and readily communicated with my mechanic to resolve the issue. It turns out I had purchased some bad solenoids. Thank you Ozmotive.
