    overall great but a little hard under the neck

    overall this is a good product, with two vibration settings and one heat. the heat could be a little stronger but is o.k. my only real issue with this product is that its kind of hard under your neck and doesnt conform. i feel it should be a little softer if my neck has to sit on it for sometimes up to two cycles for relief which can actually Cause pain because a cycle seems to be app. 10-15 min. they should have made it thinner or used memory foam or something!! this is why i didnt give it 5 stars (and because the heat could be stronger but mainly the shape problem)

    Need batteries To use /ac adapter died asap,

    Excellent price and works well with batteries but about 2 weeks after receive it it ,the ac adapter died ,i asked for a replacement but got no response. Other than that with the batteries it is working fine ,as of today .
