    High quality unit with one missing feature

    This volume control has a high quality, solid feel to it. There is no discernable diminishment in sound quality between my computer DAC and Parasound amp, and zero noise when rotating the knob. My only gripe is there is no visual indicator of the volume level / knob position. I will probably add a small "line" of white tape for that purpose. Overall a really good unit.

    Monstrous value, demonically clean

    The connections in the back are niceeeeeeee and solid perfect for locking connectors. The potentiometer has a nice Pioneer radio tuner heaviness to it which caught me off guard. Hooked this from av multi out on a gen one PS1 with that monster game link 400 cord up to it, then ran out two 75 ohm Pinetree audio Nexus rca interconnects up to a Mitsubishi A7 power amp. Then I run Belsen 9497 wire to two JVC sks303 speakers, no independent subwoofer, true two channel. It sounds amazing. Do not doubt the quality of this lil doohickey it’s one of the few regret-less purchases I’ve made in my life. Oh and jacked the knob to full and NO STATIC. NICE.

    Simplicity is the best.

    A metal box containing a smooth tracking Alps 50k ohm duo pot mounted on a pc board connected to 4 gold plated RCA sockets . 2 in and 2 out for stereo. What can go wrong? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Fine construction throughout. Sounds excellent.
