This Sandwich Maker makes more than just breakfast sandwiches! It makes awesome grilled cheese, pizza melts, veggie cheese melts, etc... I love my breakfast sandwiches, too. If I want to use two eggs instead of one, this little machine will handle it. A little more time, yes, but they take more time, plus a pan on the stove to make. You can grab the inside parts with an oven mitt if you are in a hurry, and rinse it off, slide it in the dishwasher, and go, washing the shell later, or wait until it cools, then wash it all. It rinses easy, no matter what you have had in it!! You can add more time to the timer, even if it is already on count down. I love being able to check on my sandwich along the way, as well!
