The greatest frustration in the church today is that most Christians cannot get what they believe to work. Most of us struggle with the same issues all of our lives. It is as if we are caught in a maze. We believe the teachings of Jesus. We believe in the promises of God, but too often we don't see them come to fruition the simple way the Bible describes. In our honest, heartfelt attempts to "make the Word work", it seems we have neutralized the grace of God. Grace is God's ability that works from our heart. It is the ability to do what we cannot do in our own ability. There is a place of rest where we cease from our own labors and yet we still enter into the promised land. To the the New Testament believer that rest is the place of grace. Grace: The Power To Change will bring you into the dimension of Christian living that Jesus called easy and light. This is a must read for every Christian and every leader.Read full review
Very well written and easy to understand. Will change the way you think about your faith righteousness in Jesus Christ and the Grace we have through His love and sacrifice.

I enjoy this author because he tends to present his subject in bite sized chapters. The short chapter length allows the reader to ponder the specifics of his arguments. He develops these arguments in good order as well. This was a very smooth read. He presents a subject many only assume then understand from previous incomplete teaching of it. This opened a much clearer understanding of grace than I had previous experienced. I suggest this book for any serious to understand more clearly God's grace.
