Need to remove grip plug. Excellent +4 for Glock 43
Looks and fits amazing. My only issue was if you use a grip plug in won’t fit, you have to take it out. Wish Fab defense could redesign that part so you can keep your grip plug on the gun. Other plus fit with no problem. Love the integrated spring design.

Slide doesn’t rack properly with all 10 rounds in mag
This barely fit the 10th round in the mag without any give for locking in the mag well. To tight to rack the slide. Upon further investigation of reviews you have to file the follower at an angle for the 10th round to work properly. Too bulky

The best mag capacity extension that, I've found
The product works fantastically. However, assembly will make you swear like you have never done before. It is not easy to do. You have a strong mag spring and a strong extender spring to deal with and then you have to mate it all together, and without the allen screws linking it the fit up is not easy. So again solid and works the best, yet assembly is a booger. I'm glad that I bought it in anycase.

+4 mag extension...more like +3.5
This mag extension has a great look and feel to it. Fits flush inside firearm with little to no movement. However, the only flaw I have encountered is that the 10th round must be jammed inside magazine. The round will go in, the round will fire, but the round will not fit without force. A result of forcing the 10th round in the mag is that the head of the magazine is slightly stretched out by the round. But it looks great and still gets the job done. I'd recommend to any Glock 43 users, as it does give you an advantage over the short stack mag with a 6 round capacity.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect for Glock 43
Only real drawback with this item isnt with the item, but with the original glock magazine base plates. I actually had to cut one of mine of because they were so hard to remove... This item though met all my expectations. Drastically improved my accuracy by adding the grip space I needed, and the bonus of having 10 rounds in my clips is a great added bonus. Especially for purchase cost of these vs glock factory magazine prices. (Though to be clear you need to have a glock factory mag you cam attach this to in the first place. :P )

Glock 43 extension
Bought this bc the 43 mags only hold 6 rounds. The extension expands it to hold 4 more. Have not shot the gun with the extension so not sure if it improves or hurts your shot.
