The battery was shipped promptly, came packaged well, fits the computer perfectly. It has only been through a couple of recharge cycles, but doesn't seem to last or hold a charge as well as the original. I'm still happy with it. Not sure if it is just a NOS problem and I hope it gets better as I use it more.

Simply superb product; holds charge extremely well, charged quickly, cosmetically perfect and well packaged. I had concerns about how "new" this battery would be and how well it would hold a charge, and I can say this battery was in every way as good as could be. I'm sure that Dell could not sell you a better battery direct (even though it would cost more!).
