Exactly what I needed.
My cord had broken and I attempted several times to install a new cord and either the spring would not stay coiled or if the center screw was tightened snug, the prongs wouldn't extract so I gave up. Found this item on eBay and it solved the problem and having only to remove 4 screws. Great replacement.
