I have 5+ yrs of experience with very high pressure washers, and this unit is higher pressure than most common gas pressure washers. Parts/hardware are reasonable quality, getting hose reel attached required a few extra tools. Hose reel is worth the extra cost alone. Keeping kinks out of your hose will extend the life of the hose dramatically. Check all fittings before starting, also add oil to crankcase. Shipping was fast. Would recommend seller. Thank you.

Their system's allegation always states that they have the package and have put it in a delivery truck but it never gets delivered. The dates have been 5/17 , 5/19 , 5/20 , 5/21 and 5/22 without the delivery. It was a box open buy so the box was damaged as described but all other components were perfectly fine. Good quality for price. The only issue is had was missing 2 hose clamps but I was able to purchase at Ace Hardware and seller offered refund for them immediately. It is not very tall but for personal use its perfect. The paint job 👌 so bang for you're buck will continue to use and purchase like products!
