A generally new, unused item that performs better than I expected, so far. Circuit breakers, especially the integral GFI types, can be fussy and mysterious at times. They can also be rebuilt, but choosing a new one was still my first choice. About the same price as a certified rebuild, but about twice the price of a used one, with unknown longevity and operating characteristics. If it lasts 30+ years like the last one (damaged because of power outage on/off slams), I should be able to not worry about it going 'soft' for another 30+ years, knowing that it was a new breaker replacement.

Ir's a used item with a one year warranty. Good that this was an exact replacement on my electrical panel. I did not have change every thing else in it . Save time, cost and work.

Fits in GE breaker panel. Installation instructions are great. Push red button to test. Breaker uses a square drive so no slippage of a screw driver. Connect hot wire to copper screw. Connect neutral to silver screw. Connect coiled white wire from breaker to breaker panel neutral.
