No it's not a new item
These were mounted and not new, the tabs on each of the hub caps had clearly been mounted on another vehicle, why? Because each hub cap had markings from lug nuts on the tabs , and scratches were on the displayed side of the hub cap as well. I had to manipulate each tab down with a wrench to make sure it have enough tension to stay on wheel when I popped it on. I was definitely concerned they would fall off while driving.
