I placed the order for this chain on Wednesday July 3, 2024 at 9 AM. It took the seller two days to mail it. It took another six days for the chain to transverse the numbers shipping facilities in North Carolina. Received July 12. I could give deference to a seller that is located in a rural area, but Stallings, North Carolina appears to be a suburban location. There are other sellers who have an urgency in their disposition.

USPS attached a note to the package stating that they were sorry for the damage. However, one of the idler pulleys was separated and didn't get repackage. Explain to the sell what happened and was issued a full refund. Not a positive experience, but the seller was honest enough to issue a full refund. Therefore, I can't blame the seller for USPS poor workmanship.
