In other words, the bearings should have been tight and required a gentle tap to insert. Instead, all of the bearings were loose and difficult to hold in place until hub could be mounted. Item received very promptly. All washers were much thinner and more cheaply made than original John Deere parts

They QUICKLY sent out a new one! Communication was great and fast! Can't ask for anything better! Not their fault their supplier sent them a bad part! My packaging was not damaged or abused so I'm sure it was a supplier issue. Would buy again if they hold up. Wish we could give reviews 1 year later to let you know if it lasts!
