Shipped immediately and arrived a few days later. This bracket kit is an exact fit for my 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca, and is about half the cost of the OEM kit. The printed instructions are extremely detailed, so there's no way to NOT install this correctly. Installation time is about 2-3 minutes. One "error" is that the "parts included" shows 2 screws, BUT there are actually 6 screws in the kit (2 long for mounting plus 4 short for the license plate itself). Overall, very satisfied!
