I have already tell him about product was delivered to the wrong address then we have updated with replacement tracking detail and delivered it but unfortunately product damage from corners I have offer him partial refund and they asked me too much refund which I can't pat and I also give him offer again 40$ partial refund or if they want to return product its own decision but they accept partial refund and then they left us negative feedback. It's very embracing from his side.

Decided to keep the item and use it even though it was broke (needed to get the car put back together). Seller would only do a $5 reimbursement.
