Fox quality at an amazing price
20 years ago this would have been a top of the range, state of the art bite alarm costing well over £100. Even today bite alarms from the same company sell for quite frankly ridiculous prices and aren't much better than this apart from having a wireless receiver with them. Adjustable Tone, Volume and Sensitivity (admittedly with only a few settings) and the icing on the cake a free hard case included, make this a brilliant buy for newcomers or even experienced old hands like me who no longer do long sessions and just stick to day fishing. My only minor complaint is the LR1/N batteries (not supplied) They are often difficult to source and quite expensive when you can find them. You certainly won't find them in a local shop if they run out on you, so keep some spares with you.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

These alarms are well designed with the switch and led's easily accessible and visible. The units are small yet designed so you don't have to add "snag ears".
