I had previously purchased a genuine OEM part from another seller. It cost $10 more than this part. For the second one, I decided to save the $10 and get this aftermarket part and the quality is not good. The metal is pitted under the plating, the acorn nuts are not chrome, but galvanized - and the plating is flaking off. Just not a great part. It will, however, hold a license plate.
