Very Impressed! Took 10 mins and i was walking!
This treadmill comes pretty much all put together which i see as amazing! i thought i was going to get a million parts but No It had a few like 5 or 6 tiny parts I didn't even need to look at instructions as I never do I am female 62 and if i could do it you'll laugh when you see how easy it is to put together . The only thing was raising the handle bars i had to use a mallet and a towel so not to dent anything to pop up one side that was stuck but with 3 lil taps and that was fixed. it has about 6 positions to adjust the height of the handle bars and the walking belt was perfect no adjustment needed it folds perfectly and fits under my bed as I'm in a small apt the only thing if you are a heavy duty person its not for you. i'd not try it if you are really over weight invest in a more sturdy one but for females and elderly its perfect I was able to run some on it but i have a bad back so i'll stick to walking I tried other manuel treadmills and they were tuff to get them moving but not this one you'll need hang on because the belt moves like a treadmill that has electrical power.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Walk; don't run.
This device is as advertised for WALKING. Any jogger, or runner, should look elsewhere. The manual treadmill design makes it impossible to simply "zone out" and enjoy a workout because you have to be concentrating on each footfall to ensure the tread's continuous motion. As stated, it is built well for walkers. One other item: If you are over 6 feet tall this device's hand rails do not adjust high enough to accommodate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Treadmill

Lightweight with some issues
screws that lined up and were able to insert...front wheels that can be inserted and not flesh with size of inserted accessory. Instructions on how and where to use the oil and and what times. Ok but not great
The instructions are hard to follow and the pictures that are supposed to be a guide are too small to make a difference. The mat on which you walk does not glide smoothly so it makes walking difficult.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
