    Amazing oil

    Im glad I recieved it I wanted to try lignans as these are anti inflammatory and I was or am still using hemp oil . Which are also anti inflammatory I think it's a good product with lots of benefits amino acids etc I wanted it to take pain outa my legs which I'm glad to say it's helped enormously

    Quick delivery & Great vegan alternative to cod liver oil.

    Arrived quickly well before I expected as I ordered the week before Xmas and wasn’t expecting them until 3rd Jan. I’m taking them with vit c, vit D, B12 & zinc. So as a solo product I wouldn’t know but they definately compliment the rest of the vits, with the added bonus of being a great vegan alternative to codliver oil.

    Been taking flax seed for a few years, but ran out a few months ago. It definitely makes a difference, had some joint pains coming on that are now beginning to ease. Never liked the fish oils.
