Reliable and easy to use
My computer is 9 years old running XP, so it's not the fastest car on the track. I have about 350,000 files on my drive. It took fixmestick about 4 hours to do a complete check. It found 8 files which may or may not have been a virus or tracking bugs, but I deleted them anyway. Who knows?
I would really love to recommend this product, but I honestly can’t. Not because there is a problem with it, but because I don’t know if there is something good about it. It installs easily, ran its program and told me it wiped 3 maleares. That’s fine but I don’t objectively see any before or after performance result fom having used the Fixme Stick. not as easy to run as your lead to believe
after trying to scan 1 computer ,finally got it to run in failsafe mode . scanned for hours and found 1 thing ,removed it .tried it again ,was suppose to be able to scan 3 different computers an unlimited amount for a year . after trying everything in support for 3 days I gave up. Recommend Fixmestick
Fixmestick does an excellent job of scanning for malware and viruses! Yes, it does take time for some computer, it all depends on each computer. I scanned 3 laptops: one laptop with windows 11 , took 2 hours. Second laptop with windows 7 , took 4 hours, this makes sense as I have more personal information and pictures. Third laptop with windows 7 also, it took 9 hours and found 5 viruses with malware! It was worth the time. The first two laptops mentioned were clean. So, yes, I am happy with fixmestick. Thank you fixmestick!

This was a total waste of money. First it says it can't connect to my Wifi to get updates. Then I have ran it three times and it has not found anything on my computer and my computer is just as slow as it has been for months. Somehow I lucked out and got it to update once but after it updated lated it said it can't. Totally confusing. It is just trash. One star is too generous. Nothing against the sellar. Powerful tool
I've used a similar fix me stick before they work really well they only downside is it takes a long time to run to program so make sure you do it at night when you go to bed or have plenty of time to wait for it. This is my second fix me stick works great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
