    Works Great

    Works great. Could have used some directions though. I'm not sure why there was a complete duplicate set of feet included in my box. Overall, a really awesome value considering racks from Thule cost 4X as much as these. The aerodynamic shape of these bars seems to really reduce (eliminate?) the wind noise too!

    Decent alternative to the more costly models

    I received my box, with no instructions, as per the sales info. The feet were intact with extra (longer) clamps included, which I used for my vehicle. I slid the feet onto the rail, changed the clamps, bolted them down. Easy. The outer locking shell is a bit flimsy, but it comes with foam tape to snug things with. Cut each piece in thirds, stick them together and stack them into the inside top of the locking cover at the point where it will touch the top of the clamp. That cushion will press against the clamp and make the outer cover lock tightly. The rails are sturdy, & really look sharp when installed.

    Good value

    Decent, heavy quality with good finish. Grabs roof rails very securely (on Audi Q7). Was concerned with how strong the plastic T-mounts connecting the bars to the brackets are and how much they would hold up to a canoe catching wind from underneath and lifting. This is probably extra concerning with the Q7's sloping roofline making a canoe already higher at the front. Also wish it came with holes or loops or someplace to attach S-hooks from cargo straps into. I ended up buying some 1/4" eye bolts, nuts and washers and attaching them underneath in existing holes in the metal brackets. Both problems solved for under $10.

    Aluminum roof rack rails

    These things are exactly like the Thule brand rails at a fraction of the cost. Super easy to install and use. I couldn't have asked more especially for the price!!! If you're on the fence about buying them....get off and make the order!!
