My bumper was received with a damaged box, bent ends and a cracked black cover. The brackets were loose inside the box without protection. The Bumper was missing the plastic fasteners that hold the ends of the bumper/cover together. The seller refused to reimburse my out of pocket costs to purchase them as promised. The license plate light harness does not have a connector and requires splicing. No holes for the wire harness fasteners to the bumper. Carbide steel? LMAO

Dear customer. I sincerely apologize for the damage to the package due to shipping. But our items are not lacking in accessories. I offered you a lot of help, but you didn't respond to me. However, I have refunded the entire amount of this order to you, which also means that I will give the product to you for free. You are still asking me for an additional refund. I can't refund you any more. So you retaliate against me by writing a negative review. This is not what a qualified buyer should do !

I did not retaliate you as the seller! You deserved what I wrote and the feedback. You promised me to refund my out of pocket expenses to obtain parts that should have beein installed/provided with the bumper. I reponded to every one of your messages!!!! Your bumper was poorly packaged for it size and weight. The cardboard was thin and loose items in the box, Plus the crack in the bumper cover was not caused by shipping damage It is just flat out poorly manufactered and a serouse lack of quality
