All in all I would say the company stood behind their policies. And I was quite satisfied. There was an another issue. I The instructions are not totally correct they have it backwards on the assembly. After a few attempts of assembly I finally realized it. The ramp should attach on the right side. Not left.

Unfortunately I received a defective headlight, contacted the seller but was advised to send a sku number , unfortunately I can’t find what they are asking for… spent 3 hours installing it to find out passenger side was faulty… here is the picture of the non functioning headlight… I don’t think aftermarket headlights are the go too… waste of money and time. Buyers beware.
