Schumacher 12v Battery Maintainer Solar Charger
5/15/17 I hooked this up on 4/2/17 it has yet to reach 12v. today it reach 11.7, the first two weeks i had a Schumacher spc-7a-12v Solar Charger control and i only got 11.5 out of it so i took off the controler and got just 11.7 note: my 60 year old tricker charger takes that same battery from 11v. to 12.5 in about 2hrs. with just my meter on the panel it was reading 19vdc. in the shade hooked to the battery 11.7 ...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Remember it's NOT a charger… It is a battery maintainer
Since I haven't been using my Toyota Tundra V8 that much anymore I was encountering a dead battery sometimes. After charging the battery with a true battery charger also made by Schumacher, I then installed this Schumacher solar battery maintainer and I have not encountered a dead battery again.
